We achieve this by providing high quality training and education, safety committee guidance, work place evaluation, emergency response, and hazardous materials management. The main goal of LMI is to achieve a zero accident & incident record.
Improving our safety culture here at LMI is always the main focus of our safety committee. Our committee is made up of a wide range of employees, to evaluate all aspects of safety concerns and improvements within our company. Weekly toolbox talks are sent out to our foreman to review safety topics or hazards that an employee may encounter within our industry. Weekly job site visits and inspections are conducted to avoid any potential incident from occurring. We also hold one to two in-house mandatory safety trainings annually to meet the growing safety concerns of our industrial.
