Lugaila Mechanical, Inc. was incorporated in 2001, as a Mechanical Contracting Company.  Brothers Dan Lugaila, President, and Rick Lugaila, Vice President, started this company out of their family garage.  Today, two decades later, the company has grown into a multi-million dollar operation.
 

LMI’s Pittsburgh location originally specialized in the design, installation, service/ maintenance, and repairs to all types of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning. The various aspects we focus on in HVAC are Commercial, Design/Build, Fabrication, Service, Preventative, and Process Piping.
 

LMI opened a second location in Harrisburg in 2013, where we specialize in HVAC commercial construction, along with commercial plumbing, process piping, pharmaceutical, food production, petro chemical, and industrial manufacturing.

In 2016, an electrical division was added to our Pittsburgh location, focusing on the electrical construction industry, along with tele-data, low- voltage systems, and service / maintenance.
